Orders and payment

Product descriptions, licence terms and written quotations specify what is included. For online orders, review the price, applicable taxes and delivery charges before paying through Razorpay. Custom work proceeds under the agreed written quotation, including scope, milestones and installation responsibilities.

Delivery in India

Enter your delivery PIN code at checkout to see available courier options, prices and estimated delivery dates. Contact Gamotron if your PIN code has no suitable option or if your order arrives damaged, incomplete or late.

Returns and replacements

Email sales@gamotron.in with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos can help us assess damage. Wait for return instructions before sending hardware. For an approved replacement, Gamotron will dispatch it after receiving and inspecting the returned unit. We will provide any applicable refund or other remedy under Indian consumer law.

If Gamotron arranges return shipping for an approved refund, we deduct the applicable return shipping charge from the refund where permitted by law. Customers pay the cost of sending hardware to Gamotron for repair or warranty assessment, except where applicable law requires Gamotron to cover that cost. We confirm any charge we will deduct before arranging the return.

Warranty and repairs

The warranty period varies by product and is stated in the product listing or written quote. It covers manufacturing defects. Damage caused by burns, tampering, breakage, misuse or improper installation is excluded from the voluntary warranty. After the warranty expires, Gamotron may offer paid repairs where feasible and will quote charges before starting work. Your statutory rights remain available.

Software and custom installations

Use software according to the licence stated in the product listing or written quotation. Confirm hardware compatibility and site requirements before ordering. Any transfer of source code or intellectual property must be agreed in writing.
